Steven Libman graduated from Boston University in 2004 and has spent over 10 years in Real Estate, ﬁrst as a Broker for several years, then as an investor. Steven endeavors to partner with growth oriented, like minded partners and investors to assist them in achieving their goals of passive income and generational wealth creation. Steven is one of the Managing Partners of a residential investment ﬁrm based in NJ, which has become on the largest private investment companies in the state, doing over $50 million in transactions, and over 150 deals a year. Steven and his bride Grace were married in 2007, and delight in their 2 daughters Cadence and Harper. Steven is an active member and sits on the board at their church, sits on the Rutgers advisory board on design thinking, and has been published in Forbes multiple times this year.
Travis Cotter, Managing Partner
Travis Cotter has been involved in real estate since 2007, and has an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate investments, with a primary focus in site development and multifamily assets. Travis is jokingly known as the “deal killer” by his peers as his extensive underwriting techniques often uncover expenses and costs to a project often not disclosed. This process keeps his projects and his investors in a place of safety and stability. Travis values relationships in his business dealings and believes we can go fast alone, but far together. Travis is married to Stacey with their beautiful daughter Shay, they enjoy doing hikes, surfing, beach days, and working with dogs in Stacey’s dog training business. As the other Managing Partner in one of NJ’s largest investment ﬁrms, he has also done over $50 million in volume, as well as executed on several subdivisions in 2018 that totaled in over 100 single family homes throughout NJ. Travis' company was invited to join the Forbes NY business council, an invitation only community of topﬂight companies and executives.
RJ Bates III & Cassi DeHaas, Managing Partners
RJ and Cassi have been in single family real estate and building their multi-family real estate experience since 2015 when they founded Titanium Investments. Based out of Fort Worth, TX, they started oﬀ as small time ﬂippers, based on their knowledge of construction having successfully run a General Contracting business, and tenaciously grew their investment experience and knowledge at a rapid rate when they began implementing wholesaling and passive income strategies. To date, they have bought and sold over $100 million in real estate and currently own over $30 million in single family and small multi family rentals across 8 states. RJ and Cassi set out with huge goals and have put in motion along the way a company that values community and achievement, as well as embracing the warrior spirit and a mindset of grace and gratitude in their company culture. It is through this company culture and additionally various hugely important relationships that they hold dear that they have been able to achieve building 9 branches of Titanium as well as work throughout many additional states through partnerships.
